How it works

  • Pick a lane for each patient, from Emergent (same day) to May not need referral.
  • Right lane: 100. One lane off: 50. A missed same-day patient scores nothing, and gets no jokes.
  • Feeling sure? Bet on it to double a right answer. A wrong bet costs 50.
  • From the third right lane in a row, each one earns a +25 streak bonus.
  • Patients you miss come back to the follow-up clinic, until you've placed each one right twice.
  • The Daily three is the same three patients for everyone that day. Play on consecutive days to build a streak.
  • The Referral Files are two-decision cases where the second decision adds a twist. Get both right to close the file.
  • Spot the pattern shows a joint map. Pack the referral asks what to send: essentials earn points, and things to leave out cost them.
